I feel my phone is still vibrating in the holder. Is the anti-vibration system working?
The Maglev system is designed to dampen fine, high-frequency vibrations, not eliminate all movement. You will still see some movement, which is normal as the system absorbs shocks. Ensure the holder is mounted securely to the handlebar and that your phone is locked tightly in the cradle. If you have a particularly heavy phone and case combination, the dampening effect may appear more subtle.
My phone is overheating when using the phone holder on a hot day. Is there a solution?
Phones can overheat from direct sunlight and lack of airflow. The MS1 Sunshade Cap is an excellent accessory that clips onto your holder to provide shade, helping to keep your device's temperature down. Also, consider positioning the holder where it might get more airflow while you ride.
