Kedah Cops Smash Motorcycle Theft Gangs: Six Arrested!
Padu move by the PDRM Kedah! Police have crippled three motorcycle theft gangs operating around Kota Setar. Six suspects are now in the lock-up, hopefully putting a stop to those missing bikes!
According to Kedah deputy police chief DCP Baderulhisham Baharudin, these arrests have cracked at least 10 cases of stolen motorcycles and components. That’s a win for the community!
The police didn't just catch them empty-handed. They seized a stolen bike, two frames, a bunch of parts, and the tools these fellas were using to jack and strip the bikes. Confirm, rugi besar these thieves!
"All suspects tested positive for drugs and had prior criminal records involving various drug-related offences," said DCP Baderulhisham.

The suspects weren't just the snatch-and-grab type. Police say they nabbed the whole chain: the thieves, the middlemen who move the stolen goods, and even the buyers who were looking for a cheap score.

The case is being investigated under Section 379A and 379A(1) of the Penal Code – serious stuff for vehicle theft. Let's hope this sends a message: don't mess with people's rides!
